Brief History:The Super 14 team the Bulls are based in Pretoria South Africa. The team originally competed in the Super 10 competition under the Northern Transvaal name before changing to the Blue Bulls for the Super 12 competition. The first season of the Super 12 competition saw the team finish in 4th place, one of the best results in the teams history. The remainder of the next decade was not so king finishing last in 1999, 2001 and 2002. The highlight for the Bulls Super 14 team came in 2007 when they defeated the Natal Sharks in the final to claim their first ever title. The team’s biggest victory came in the same year against the Queensland Reds winning 93-3.
